Ingredients of Crock Pot Rigatoni Bolognase
- You need 1 kg of minced beef.
- You need 2 can of diced tomatoes.
- Prepare 1 packages of pasta sauce.
- It's 250 grams of red lentils.
- You need 1/3 cup of Vegeta Veg Stock.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.
- You need 1 liter of water.
- It's 2 box of Rigatoni Pasta.
Crock Pot Rigatoni Bolognase instructions
- Add water to crockpot, as well as red lentils and beef, broken into smaller pieces.
- Set crockpot to high and leave to cook for 2 hours.
- Check the meat half hourly.
- When the meat has browned and lentils have begun to dissolve, add tomatoe, and pasta sauce, oil, and vegeta stock.
- Turn crockpot to low and cook for 6 hours, checking and stirring every hour or so..
- After the 6 hours, cook pasta til al dente and serve on.plate with pasta as base with the crockpot beef mixture as the top layer.
- Serve with Red wine, parmesan cheese, fresh bread and butter.
- BELISSIMO.

All of the ingredients for this recipe can be added directly into the Crock-Pot Slow Cooker pot; alternatively you can brown the mince in a suitable frying pan or Crock-Pot Sauté Slow Cooker pot beforehand. Deglaze with white wine, and cook until all wine has evaporated.
