Ingredients of Crock Pot Rigatoni Bolognase

  1. You need 1 kg of minced beef.
  2. You need 2 can of diced tomatoes.
  3. Prepare 1 packages of pasta sauce.
  4. It's 250 grams of red lentils.
  5. You need 1/3 cup of Vegeta Veg Stock.
  6. Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  7. You need 1 liter of water.
  8. It's 2 box of Rigatoni Pasta.

Crock Pot Rigatoni Bolognase instructions

  1. Add water to crockpot, as well as red lentils and beef, broken into smaller pieces.
  2. Set crockpot to high and leave to cook for 2 hours.
  3. Check the meat half hourly.
  4. When the meat has browned and lentils have begun to dissolve, add tomatoe, and pasta sauce, oil, and vegeta stock.
  5. Turn crockpot to low and cook for 6 hours, checking and stirring every hour or so..
  6. After the 6 hours, cook pasta til al dente and serve on.plate with pasta as base with the crockpot beef mixture as the top layer.
  7. Serve with Red wine, parmesan cheese, fresh bread and butter.
  8. BELISSIMO.

All of the ingredients for this recipe can be added directly into the Crock-Pot Slow Cooker pot; alternatively you can brown the mince in a suitable frying pan or Crock-Pot Sauté Slow Cooker pot beforehand. Deglaze with white wine, and cook until all wine has evaporated.
