- Prepare 1 tbsp of Olive Oil.
- Prepare 1 of Onion.
- Prepare 2 clove of Garlic.
- You need 1 of Carrot.
- You need 1 of Celery.
- It's 50 grams of Panchetta.
- It's 350 grams of Lean Minced Beef.
- You need 400 grams of Tinned Chopped Tomatoes.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Oregano.
- Prepare 125 ml of Red Wine.
- It's 2 tbsp of Tomato Puree.
- It's 350 grams of Spaghetti Pasta.
Spaghetti Bolognese step by step
- Fry onion for 3 mins.
- Add garlic, carrot, celery,panchetta and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Add beef to a high heat and fry for 3 mins or untill browned.
- Stir in tomatoes, oregano and red wine.
- Bring to the boil then reduce heat and simmer for 45 mins.
- Stir in tomato puree and season.
- Boil pasta in a little salt and dash of olive oil until as soft as you prefer.
