- Prepare 2 teaspoon of olive oil.

- Prepare 13/4 cups of cooked spaghetti as per package instructions.
- It's 2 tbsp of oregano, parsley and grated cheese to garnish.
Spaghetti and Meatballs step by step
- For Meatballs.
- In a big bowl, mix minced meat, breadcrumbs, parmesan, salt, egg, chilli flakes, oregano and parsley.
- Knead the mixture well together and make equal size balls. Shallow fry the meatballs in olive oil until cooked from all sides.
- For Spaghetti sauce.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil. Add onions and saute until translucent.
- Add bay leaf, tomatoes puree and salt. Mix well.
- Add tomato sauce and simmer the entire sauce mixture until it starts thickening.
- Add meatballs to sauce. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In a serving plate, add cooked spaghetti. Top with meatballs in sauce. Garnish with grated parmesan or any cheese, oregano and dried parsley. Serve warm.
