- Prepare of Meat ball.
- You need of Minced meat 1 kilo.
- You need of Spices (any of ur choosing).
- You need of Seasoning + oil for frying.
- It's 1 of egg.
- Prepare of Onion, pepper, garlic & ginger.
- It's 11/2 sachet of pasta.
- It's 2 sachet of tomato paste.
- You need of Seasoning.
- It's of Onion & pepper.
Spaghetti & meat ball step by step
- In a bowl, add in ground beef, spices, seasoning, ginger & garlic paste, diced onions, & an egg. Mix & mk into balls. Deep fry & set aside..
- Perboil your pasta. Strain & set aside. Place a pot on heat, add in oil, onion, pepper, tomato paste & fry. Add in water to cook the meatballs through as well as the pasta. Add in the meat balls, seasoning & bring to a boil.
- Now add the pasta & stir. You can taste @ this point to ascertain if anything should be added. Cover & allow to cook. Turn off the heat & serve.
