  5. Prepare 1 of small bunch of fresh Basil leaves.
  6. You need 1 tsp of Italian Herbs.
  7. Prepare 6 of cherry tomatoes whole.
  8. It's 1 of beef cube.
  9. It's 1/2 tsp of lemon salt.
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Black Pepper.
  11. You need 3 cloves of Garlic crushed.
  12. Prepare 1/4 cup of water.
  13. You need 1/4 cup of red wine.
  14. It's 50 g of grated Mozzarella for the finish.
  15. It's 30 g of Bacon bits (lardens).

  1. In your slow cooker.add all these ingredients and mix in after each.
  2. Lemon salt.
  3. Black pepper.
  4. Red Wine mix in.
  5. Cook for 6 hours on low.
  6. At the end add the Tomato puree and stir in until it thickens leave the lid off. And make the spaghetti ready. Leave meatballs on low without the lid.
  7. Dry fry the bacon bits until light brown.
  8. Add the spaghetti to a serving dish then add the meatball mix on top...
  9. Add the grated mozzarella while hot then on top add the Bacon bits.

In my opinion I think there are a few key steps in creating that authentic, thick, richly flavored, meaty sauce. I've learned a few things trying to imitate that amazingly delicious pasta sauce that I get at a few of. Its also great with italian sausage,or meatballs. Just stir often while cooking when using meats. Sauce will be thin on first day.
