Ingredients of Spaghetti and Meatball sauce
- It's of Spaghetti.
- Prepare of Pre-made meatballs.
- It's 1 of large onion.
- You need 4 of large tomatoes.
- It's of Tomato paste.
- You need of Curry powder.
- Prepare of Salt.
- It's of Oil.
- It's of Corriander.
Spaghetti and Meatball sauce instructions
- For the spaghetti, boil water till bubbly the add in oil, salt and a bit of tumeric and the the spaghetti boil without splitting the sticks.
- For the sauce, fry the onions till golden brown. Add in the onions,cover and let it simmer for a few minutes then add tomato paste and a little water to give a pasty base.

- Let the sauce simmer for a few more minutes till thick,saucy and aromatic.sprinkle a bit of corriander on the sauce.
- Once the tomatoes are well cooked add in spices of your choice including salt, stir gradually then add in the meatballs and cover.
- Plate the spaghetti and the sauce...and enjoy.
Oh, and make sure the spaghetti's al dente! You could also just serve the whole thing on a huge platter; I do this if I have company, which is about once a decade. Cook spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water, stirring occasionally, until al dente. Using tongs, transfer to pot with sauce. Made these for a dinner party last night as part of The Ultimate Spaghetti and Meatballs Sunday Supper meal and also made the Ricotta Pie with Amarena Cherries for dessert.
