- It's 2-3 cloves of garlic.
- It's of Good amount of olive oil.
- You need 1-2 of fresh chillies.
- It's of Fresh parsley and crusty bread to serve.
Gamberi aglio, olio e peperoncino step by step
- Prep the prawns buy removing the head, cutting down the spine and taking out the vein. Wash and dry well.
- Fry the garlic in olive oil for 2-3 mins.
- Add the chopped chillies and cook for another min.
- Add the prawns. Cook on medium.
- When the prawns are pink, add some parsley, remove garlic and serve :).
