Aglio e Olio is one of my favourite Italian pasta dishes. This is one dish which I don't mind drenched in (good-quality olive) oil. Authentic Aglio e Olio only have a few key ingredients - just garlic, olive oil.
Ingredients of Aglio Olio
- It's 1 of spaghetti (use pinky for measure).
- You need 1 dash of garlic.
- It's 1 dash of olive oil.
- You need 1 dash of parmesan cheese.
- It's 1 dash of powdered cheese.
- Prepare 4 of prawns.
- Prepare 1 dash of diced bacon.
- It's 1 dash of pesto.
- Prepare 1 dash of salt.
- Prepare 1 dash of pepper.
- It's 1 dash of chili powder.
- It's 1 dash of chopped parsley.
- It's 1 dash of Maggi seasoning.
- It's 1 slice of butter.
Aglio Olio step by step
- Boil water and throw in salt and spaghetti.
- Fry garlic and butter.
- Throw in prawns and bacon and fry.
- Throw spaghetti into frying pan with other foods.
- Add olive oil and pesto.
- Add chili powder, pepper, parmesan cheese, seasoning, parsley and salt.
- Fry well together.
- Scoop out onto plate and serve with powdered cheese on top.
