Amazing spaghetti carbonara cooked with Thermomix. I made up this recipe by looking at other low fat carbonara recipes and have been making it for ages. It doesn't take long to prepare.

Ingredients of thermomix, low fat carbonara

  1. You need 1 of zucchini.
  2. It's 20 grams of olive oil.
  3. You need 50 grams of white wine.
  4. You need 550 grams of water.
  5. It's 375 grams of evaporated lite milk.
  6. You need 1 tbsp of vege stock.
  7. You need 300 grams of spaghetti.
  8. You need 175 grams of bacon.
  9. Prepare 1 of egg.
  10. You need 50 grams of parmesan.

thermomix, low fat carbonara step by step

  1. grate parmesan 8 speed 10 sec, remove and set aside.
  2. chop zucchini speed 5, 3-4 secs.
  3. add olive oil, cook 100°, speed 1 reverse, 3 mins.
  4. add wine, water, milk, vege stock, cook 10 mins, 100°, speed 2 reverse.
  5. add spaghetti broken into thirds and bacon cut into thin strips, cook 100° 10 mins speed 2 reverse.
  6. whisk 1 egg and pour into running machine, reverse, speed 4 for a few seconds.
  7. pour into thermoserver and let sit a few mins.
  8. serve with parmesan.
