Spicy Tuna, mushroom and garlic pasta Anchovies, chili flakes and maybe even garlic, in this case, are optional but tomatoes, olives, and capers are not as this is the fundamental ingredients that set it apart from other pasta sauce. Drop in tomato, crushed garlic, green chillie paste, chillie powder, tumeric and salt. Drop in mustard sauce and drained tuna and toss for a bit. Add milk and flour to the pot and whisk until it thickens into a sauce. Drop in boiled pasta and mixed herbs. If the pasta is too spicy, add mayonnaise.
