The perfect recipe when you don't have a lot in your pantry! This tuna garlic pasta recipe takes me back to my childhood. My mom used to make something similar when I was a kid, and I just loved it.

Ingredients of Tuna pasta

  1. Prepare 4 of handfuls Barilla pasta.
  2. It's 2 can of tuna drained.
  3. Prepare 1 of can annalisa peeled tomatoes.
  4. Prepare 4 of fillets anchovies.
  5. You need 2 tbsp of olive oil, extra virgin.
  6. It's 1 pinch of brown sugar.
  7. It's 1 pinch of sea salt.
  8. You need 1 pinch of oregano.
  9. You need 5 of stalks fresh parsely.
  10. You need 1 pinch of black pepper.
  11. It's 10 of black olives diced.
  12. Prepare 4 clove of garlic crushed.
  13. It's 1 of grated Grana Pandana parmesan cheese.

Tuna pasta instructions

  1. Bring to simmer tomato, anchovies,garlic..
  2. Drain tuna using sieve. Add tuna to saucepan and stir for 3 mins.
  3. .Add olives and parsley. Add water if dry. Stir fry 3 mins and turn off heat..
  4. Add pasta to boiling water. Add pinch of salt and olive oil to water. Cook for 10 mins and drain. Serve with parmesan cheese..

Use whatever type of small pasta or macaroni you have on hand and a couple of cans of albacore tuna. I would definitely recommend adding some parmesan cheese when you serve it.
