  9. Prepare 25 grams of unsalted butter.

Spaghetti Vongole instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in boiling water for 10 mins.
  2. chiop shallot and soften in oil with crushed garlic and dried chilli for 2 - 3 minutes.
  3. add clams, parsley and wine and cook for a further 4 - 5 mins.
  4. serve over the cooked spaghetti.
