- Peel thin layers of the zucchinis, carrots, and mushrooms..
- Cut the tomatoes and avocado in little cubes..
- Cut the chili in tiny cubes.
- Put the sesame oil, sesame and salt - and mix. VoilĂ ! You just made a simple and delicious raw foodist meal. ;).
Add carrot, zucchini, and onion; toss. Sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper; toss. This was an easy salad to make, but for my taste it had too much dressing for the amount of vegetables in the recipe. It really tasted better over a bed of lettuce. Drain and rinse in cold water until completely cool.
