Pasta with a creamy, lemony sauce is sparked by fresh dill and smoked salmon. It makes a lovely, relatively fast dinner or lunch. But more than sugar, I adore smoked salmon, so I was drawn to Lucy's recipe for Smoked Salmon Spaghetti.

- Combine all the remaing ingredients (except the smoked salmon and reserved dill) with the oil. Put into the bowl of a food processor and mix until well blended..
- Take the smoked salmon and clice inti small strips..
- Put the cooled pasta and the salmon into a mixing bowl..
- Pour the dressing over the pasta and carefully toss, then garnish with the remaing dill..

Peel the onion and cut into very thin strips. Rinse the arugula and spin dry. Drain the pasta and mix with the onion and garlic. Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain, and transfer to a large bowl. I usually make this Creamy Smoked Salmon and Dill Pasta dish with linguine, which I think works really well.
