  1. salt boiling water & cook pasta ... strain & put aside.
  2. in same pot add 1 tablespoon of e.v.o.o. on medium heat & add thinly sliced onion.
  3. slice cherry tomatoes in half & add to pot with rest of veggies...cook for only a couple of minutes and remove pot from flame.
  4. add pasta to the bowl with veggies & add spices & cheese & 1 tablespoon of e.v.o.o. ... mix well & serve.
