gluten free meat balls instructions

  1. pour the sauce and broth into a deep pan and turn on low heat.
  2. in a decent size bowl use a fork to mix together meat flax and seasonings. dont use fingers yet because it will push the meat together too much.
  3. now mush the meat as you roll into a ball to keep it together.
  4. I make them about an inch in diameter for sandwiches.
  5. cook on medium to high heat in a frying pan with about half a cup of oil. I use Olive oil but canola works good too..
  6. fry each sidefor about a min. its ok that its not cooked all the way threw..
  7. put the meat balls in the sauce and boil on low for 1 to 3 hours. the longer the thicker the sauce will get.
