- Prepare 200 g of gluten free pasta.
- You need 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- It's 2 of chicken breasts, cubed.
- It's 1 of onion, diced.
- You need 1 of red pepper, diced.
- It's 2 of garlic cloves, crushed.
- You need 100 g of chorizo sliced.
- It's 300 g of passata.
- You need 125 ml of cream.
- Prepare 2 teaspoons of mixed herbs.
- You need of salt and pepper for seasoning.
- Prepare Handful of grated cheese grated.
Gluten free chicken and chorizo pasta bake step by step
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil and cook the pasta for 8 minutes.
- In a large pan place the olive oil and garlic on a medium heat.
- Add the chorizo and chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add in the onion and pepper and saute for 5 minutes.
- In a small saucepan place the passata, cream, mixed herbs and season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Pour the sauce and pasta into the chorizo and chicken mix.
- Place into a casserole dish and top with the grated cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
