- Prepare 1 cup of pasta gluten free.
- It's half cup of corn.
- Prepare half cup of mushrooms.
- It's half cup of spinach baby.
- Prepare to taste of salt.
- Prepare to taste of pepper.
- You need to taste of oregano.
- It's to taste of basil.
- It's of coriander basil chopped and for garnish.
- It's half cup of mozzarella cheese.

Gluten Free Corn & Spinach Pasta step by step
- Heat water and put pasta in boiling water to cook. Cook till its soft and ready..
- Drain the pasta and keep aside.
- In a separate pan boil water and add the baby spinach. Turn stove off as soon you add the spinach to the boiled water.
- After a few minutes drain the spinach and blend in any blender and keep aside.
- For corn - if using frozen corn boil in hot water for a few minutes and drain, if using fresh corn then its ready to use.
- Chop mushrooms and keep aside.
- In a separate pan heat the olive oil, add chopped mushrooms and corn and cook on medium/low heat for 10 minutes. Cover the pan with a lid while cooking.
- Add blended spinach and cook for another ten minutes in low heat. Cover the pan with a lid while cooking.
- Add the pasta sauce and cover to cook on low heat for another about 10 minutes or till it looks ready or starts drying up. At this point you can add a little more olive oil if you like.
- Add the boiled pasta and mix thoroughly until its all blended well into each other..
- Add salt, pepper, oregano and basil to flavor and mix well.
- Cook on low heat for another five minutes. While its cooking heat up the over with broiler setting .
- Move the pasta into an oven friendly dish and cover with cheese, oregano and basil for flavor.
- Let it cook in the oven for five- ten minutes or until cheese is ready as per your taste or liking.
