Ingredients of Chicken Florentine

  1. Prepare 1 1/2 lb of Chicken (boneless, skinless breast).
  2. Prepare 1 cup of red bell pepper, chopped.
  3. Prepare 5 oz of baby spinach, I used Dole's brand.
  4. You need 2 of Philadelphia's cooking creme Savory Garlic.
  5. You need 1 box of Barilla's penne pasta.
  6. Prepare 1 dash of Pine nuts (optional).

Chicken Florentine instructions

  1. After you have your chicken and bell pepper chopped, cook together at medium heat...I salt and pepper my chicken and throw on some onion powder too.
  2. After chicken is thoroughly cooked, add spinach to your bell pepper and chicken...don't forget to boil the water for your penne...sometimes I do Haha :).
  3. After spinach is heated (shriveled) the recipe located on the tub of the cooking creme suggests draining all the liquid but 1 tbl. sp. (I choose not to drain it). Then you add the cooking creme and stir over the heat for another 3 minutes.
  4. After the cooking creme is heated, and mixed well just toss in your penne and mix together..
  5. Pine nuts, sprinkled over the top is optional...very yummy though..
