Ingredients of Italian pasta salad

  1. Prepare 1 of 1 lb pkg rainbow rotini.
  2. Prepare 1 can of artichoke hearts chopped.
  3. You need 1 can of black olives sliced.
  4. You need 1 cup of cherry tomatoes halved.
  5. You need 1/4 cup of roasted red peppers diced.
  6. Prepare 1/2 cup of mini pepperoni or diced salami.
  7. You need 1/2 cup of shredded parmesan cheese.
  8. It's 1 of bottle of bernsteins cheese & garlic italian dressing.

Italian pasta salad instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to pkg directions. Drain and rinse under cool water until just warm..
  2. Add chopped veggies, salami or pepperoni, and cheese. Toss to combine..
  3. Pour dressing over salad and stir to combine. Cover and chill for at least an hour before serving..
  4. Feel free to add or sub any veg you would prefer.
