Proprio come gli spaghetti di grano, quelli di zucchine possono essere cotti, conditi e gustati in numerosissime ricette: un modo alternativo per guastare un piatto vegano, senza glutine e decisamente scenografico! Quella degli spaghetti di zucchine non è una ricetta vera e propria nel senso che ottenerli non richiede cottura ma l'utilizzo di un apposito attrezzo capace di tagliare tali ortaggi riducendoli in fili sottili (esattamente come il classico formato di pasta che tutti conosciamo).
