Spaghetti with kamande stew instructions
- Chop the potatoes and grate1 carrot, chop the remain one carrots into cubes, cut the zucchini to small pieces..
- Chop the onions into your cooking pot and add the cooking oil, put the onions to cook then add carrots, zucchini and ginger and tumeric.
- When the carrots have cooked and the potatoes stir and cover to cook for about 5mins....
- Then add your kamande, stir and cover for about 6to 10mins....
- When the stew is cooking boil some water add a pinch of salt and 1tsp cooking oil cut your spaghetti to your like and bring it to boil for 10 to 15 mints.
- After the spaghetti have cooked drain the water and add cold water to avoid the spaghetti to kushikana the drain the cold water,, serve with kamande.
