  1. Boil water in large pot. Once at a boil, add pasta and cook until done..
  2. While getting water to a boil, heat olive oil in separate pot. Add zucchini and cook until almost done..
  3. Add pesto and Alfredo sauce to zucchini. Stir until combined. Stir in shrimp and spinach. Let sauce cook until heated through and shrimp is pink..
  4. Drain pasta once cooked. Add pasta back to large pot then add sauce. Mixed until combined..
  5. Serve hot and add Parmesan, if desired, to top of pasta before serving..
