- 1. put your minced chicken meat in to a bowl add all your herbs and sesonings and mix it all in properly. once you've mixed it all in then cop your onion and red pepper very finely and add it to your mix with the egg and mix well. when you've mixed it well make little meat balls and fry with 4 tablespooon of olive oil in a pan till golden brown..
- when you buy your tomato sauce make sure its from a brand that has already seasoned it so you would'nt need to. when your meatballs are cooked add your sauce and let it simmer for about 20mins on medium heat. while thats cooking boil your spaghetti (makes sure you put salt in the boling water).
- once your spaghetti is cooking mix it in your meatballs or serve your spaghetti with your delicous meatballs. garnish with generous amount of basil and shavings parmesan cheese.
