My pasta sauce needs to be full of veggies.
Mushroom sauces are my favorite because I like the meatiness that the mushrooms add to a pasta dish, but usually store-bought sauces either have a few token slices in each jar or tiny little diced mushrooms that you can't even taste.
Ingredients of Tofu parm with mushroom marinara sauce, angel hair pasta
- It's 1 packet of firm tofu, drained, and cut into blocks.
- It's 1 can of crushed tomatoes.
- You need 2 cups of mushrooms, chopped.

- It's 5-6 cloves of garlic,minced.

- Prepare 1 cup of dried bread crumbs, plain or italian style.

- It's 2 of eggs.

- Prepare of mozarella, parmesan cheese blend.
- You need 1 of spring of basil leaves.

- Boil a pot of water, and cook pasta according to the instruction of the pasta box. Drain the cooked pasta and drizzle some olive oil, season with salt, pepper..
- In a wide bottomed pan,heat oil, fry the chopped onions until browned. Add garlic and mushrooms. Fry them until they are cooked..

- Arrange the pasta, mushroom sauce,tofu on the plate and enjoy!!!.
