  1. Prepare 1/2 cup of Chopped Yellow Squash.
  2. It's 1/2 cup of Chopped Zucchini.
  3. You need 2/3 cup of Chopped Mushrooms.
  4. It's 1 packages of Lasagna Noodles.
  5. Prepare 1 can of Spaghetti Sauce.
  6. It's 1 lb of Ground Beef.
  7. You need 2 cup of Krafts Italian Blend 5 Cheese.
  8. It's 3 tbsp of Grated Parmesan Cheese.
  9. Prepare 3 tbsp of Grated Romano Cheese.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°..
  2. Finely chop yellow squash, zucchini and mushrooms..
  3. Boil lasagna noodles. Drain..
  4. Brown Ground beef. Drain.
  5. In medium saucepan combine spaghetti sauce chopped zucchini, yellow squash, and mushrooms. Be sure to leave behind enough sauce for the bottom of the pan. Add salt and pepper to taste. ( I use Prego traditional spaghetti sauce, Toni Chachere's Creole seasoning, and McCormicks Perfect Pinch Italian).
  6. In 12" x 9" pan pour light coat of spaghetti sauce in bottom of pan as a base. Lay lasagna in sauce, layer spaghetti sauce mixture over lasagna. Coat in cheese. Repeat twice. At top of lasagna add 5 cheese blend, Romano and Parmesan Cheese..
  7. Bake for approximately 30 mins. Or until top is golden brown..
