  1. In a skillet first take the butter and oil.
  2. When its hot add the cornflour and stir well.
  3. Now add the herb mix, pepper, salt, chilli flakes and stir well.
  4. Now add the milk and cream. Mix well so that no lumps are formed..
  5. Now add the chopped spinach and mix.
  6. Add the grated cheese. Stir it well and cook it for 2 mins..
  7. Toss the pasta in the sauce . Done !.
  8. Can be served wih some toasted garlic bread.
