Spaghetti Bolognese step by step
- Shred the carrots and slice the celery.
- Fry onion in oil then add beef and cook till browned. Then add garlic, tomatoes, spices and give it a good stir. Bring to boil then add bay leaf, cover and leave to simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cool spaghetti of your choice according to packet instructions. We love wholewheat pasta!.
- Top it off with Parmesan cheese and enjoy! You could make your bolognese more exciting and add roasted aubergine cubes to it or red kidney beans.
