  1. Heat up 2 cooking spoon of vegetable oil in a sauce pan.Add diced onions,garlic and fry for 2 minutes..
  2. Add the ground beef,and fry until the beef is no longer pink,add the blended pepper,tomato paste,curry,thyme,seasoning cubes and salt to taste..
  3. Let it cook for 20minutes,stir often so that it does’nt get burnt.add diced carrot and peas, cover and allow to simmer for some minutes..
  4. Serve over boiled spaghetti..
