Quick pasta Dinner's ready in about half an hour! I made this summer pasta salad for dinner while preparing lunch. It was fast and easy; delicious and colorful.

Ingredients of Quick pasta

  1. You need 1 katori of Whole wheat pasta.
  2. It's 3 of Spring onion.
  3. It's 1 of carrot 🥕.
  4. You need 1 of capsicum.
  5. It's 2 tsp. of Chilli garlic sauce.
  6. You need 1 katori of Cheese grated.
  7. You need 2-3 flakes of garlic.

Quick pasta step by step

  1. Boil pasta with pinch of salt and few drops of oil in the water. Drain and keep aside when done..
  2. Boil the corn. Chop all vegetables..
  3. Heat 2 Tbsp oil, sauté spring onions and 2-3 flakes garlic.
  4. When onions are slightly cooked, add chopped carrot..
  5. Then add the chopped spring onions and chilli garlic sauce and mix well..
  6. Then add the boiled pasta to it..
  7. Check for salt, add little. Top with grated cheese. Cover and switch off flame. Add pasta seasoning, oregano or fresh basil. Your pasta is ready..

Pasta is quick to cook and can serve as the base of a million and one quick and easy dinners.
