  1. Add the spaghetti to boil then starain and leavr until you need it..
  2. Melt the butter and add the onion and garlic fry for i minute. Then add the beef.when the beef is all coloured add the basil, bay leaf mix in and fry for 2 minutes..
  3. Next add the tomatoes and salt n pepper. Fry low for 5 minutes. Next add the half beef stick cube in a little water mix and let simmer then make a well and add the liytle red wine and let it bubble for 2 minutes..
  4. Next in the pan with the spaghetti add the mince to it and bring to the boil and simmer add tomatoe pureè stir in its ready.add to a bowl and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top..
