Ingredients of Smoked Venison Spaghetti

  1. Prepare 2 lbs of venison.
  2. You need 1 lbs of Italian sausage.
  3. Prepare of Minced onion.
  4. It's of Minced Garlic.
  5. You need of Oregano.
  6. Prepare of Spaghetti noodles.
  7. Prepare of Traditional Pasta Sauce.
  8. You need 2 lbs of mozzarella.
  9. Prepare of Grape Jelly.

Smoked Venison Spaghetti step by step

  1. Cook spaghetti noodles.
  2. Combine sausage and venison and brown. Add all seasonings to taste.
  3. Add pasta sauce and simmer then add two big spoon fulls of grape jelly.
  4. Once you bring everything to a simmer and mixed together pour into a big lasagna pan. And stir with noodles.
  5. Add all 2lbs of mozzarella to the top..
  6. Set pellet smoker to 350-375 degrees Fahrenheit..
  7. Put spaghetti in uncovered and cook until cheese is fully melted.
  8. Let sit and cool and enjoy. While cooking the spaghetti you can also throw some garlic bread right on the smoker too..
