- Cook pasta.
- Melt butter in large pan.
- Rinse shrimp under water, pat dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper, put in bowl and sprinkle bread crumbs on top & mix with shrimp.
- Add shrimp, red pepper flakes, and garlic.
- Cook for about 3 minutes stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink.
- Add wine and lemon juice, continue stirring. Add more salt and pepper if desired..
