Ingredients of Tuna & Cabbage Spaghetti Pasta
- Prepare of Spaghetti.
- You need of Tuna.
- Prepare of Cabbage (Shredded).
- You need of Garlic (Choppped).
- Prepare of Anchovie.
- You need of Tomato Pasta Sauce.
- You need of Olive Oil.
- You need of Salt & Red Pepper.
- Prepare of Italian Parsley (Chopped).
Tuna & Cabbage Spaghetti Pasta step by step
- Cook the pasta to al dente. (Don't forget to put the salt into the water.).
- Meanwhile, saute garlic and cabbage in olive oil and add tuna & anchovies with medium heat. (Don't burn the garlic!).
- Add salt & red pepper and continue to sauté a few more minutes..
- Add 1&1/2 ladles of boiling pasta water..
- Add tomato pasta sauce..
- Cover and cook about 5 minutes or until the cabbage is cooked. (You may add 1 Tbsp white wine, If you wish.).
- Add cooked pasta and mix, absorb the sauce..
- Add chopped Italian parsley. Turn the heat off and you are ready to serve!.

Drain the tuna in a fine mesh strainer. With the tuna in the strainer, use paper towels to pat and blot the tuna until completely dry. Transfer the tuna to a medium bowl and flake with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until evenly combined. Taste and adjust seasoning, if necessary.
