Mushroom Spaghetti This dish uses simple ingredients - mushrooms, garlic, shallots, cream, parsley, grated cheese and a bit of salt & pepper. With this recipe, you get a creamy sauce with plenty of fresh mushrooms and garlic tossed with spaghetti and topped with grated cheese. You can also make this with other veggies like broccoli, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers & even with spinach.

Ingredients of Mushroom Spaghetti

  1. You need 100 grams of spaghetti.
  2. Prepare 1 cup of black pepper pasta sauce.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of spring onions.
  4. Prepare of PAN FRIED BUTTON MUSHROOM.
  5. Prepare 2 tbsp of olive oil.
  6. Prepare 1 can of button mushrooms.
  7. It's 1/2 tsp of salt.
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of ground black pepper or szechuan peppercorn salt.

Mushroom Spaghetti instructions

  1.   2. Bring a pot of water to a boil then simmer down and add salt and spaghetti for about 8 minutes then drain and immediately add store bought black pepper pasta sauce or any flavour pasta of your choice ,mix well.
  3. TO SERVE,, a slice if tomato then top spaghetti and button mushroom with a drizzle of olive oil.

Plus my little trick to make buttery mushrooms without using a whole block of butter! Drain but do not rinse pasta; transfer to a large serving bowl and keep warm. Pour all the mushroom sauce and half the mushrooms over pasta, reserving about half the mushrooms in the skillet. Meanwhile, cook the pasta following pack instructions. Toss the pasta in the pan with the creamy sauce and enough of the reserved water to loosen.
