- Gather all ingredients.
- Cut the condiments into small cubes.
- As the meat cooks let it dry,add oil,let it cook as you turn to avoid sticking..add garlic, carrots and green pepper..let cook then add onions let cook..add soy sauce mix well then add a spoon of tomato paste..mix well.
- Add blanced tomatoes let cook for few minutes season with pepper and salt.make sure the tomatoes cook well to dissapear..add the dania and rosemary.add a cup of water and simmer under low heat.serve with spaghetti.
