  3. Prepare 1 of Green bell pepper diced.
  4. It's 2 tbsp of Butter.
  5. It's 1 can of Italian diced tomatoes.
  6. Prepare 1 tsp of Minced garlic.
  7. It's of Feta cheese.
  8. It's of Shredded Parmesan cheese.
  9. It's 1 of Angel hair pasta.

Mediterranean Vegetable Pasta step by step

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions..
  2. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large pan on medium then add garlic & zucchini. Cook for 3 minutes..
  3. Add chopped green pepper..
  4. Add mushrooms and cook until tender..
  5. Add can of tomatoes and cook until warmed through..
  6. Drain pasta then portion it on plates & top with generous spoonfuls of the vegetables. Sprinkle with the two types of cheese. Enjoy!.
