Ingredients of Chipolata and meatball bolognese
- You need of Meatballs.
- Prepare 150 g of minced beef.
- Prepare 1 of small egg.
- It's 2 tbsp of fresh parsley.
- You need 1 of garlic clove.
- You need 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese.
- You need of Spaghetti bolognese.
- You need 250 g of spaghetti.
- You need 130 g of chipolata sausage.
- Prepare 1 of small onion, finely chopped.
- Prepare 3 of garlic cloves.
- Prepare 1/2 of red bell pepper, finely chopped.
- You need 1 tsp of ground chilli flakes.
- It's 1 tsp of smoked paprika.
- You need 1 tbsp of dried oregano.
- It's 1 tbsp of fresh basil, finely chopped.
- It's 140 g of tomato puree.
- You need 1/2 (1 tin) of chopped tomatoes.
- You need 1/3 cup of red wine.
- You need 1 tsp of honey.
- It's 1 tbsp of water.
- Prepare to taste of Salt and pepper.
- It's to taste of Parmesan cheese.
Chipolata and meatball bolognese step by step
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic, egg, Parmesan, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Roll into small balls..
- Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Brown meatballs, 4 minutes per side, then add the chopped chipolata sausage and fry until brown. Once cooked take the pan off the heat..
