- meanwhile boil stock in a separate pan and add pasta..
- add broccoli florrets and chopped asparagus to frying pan and fry for 5 mimutes. then add haloumi and fry for a furthur 5-10 minutes depending on personal taste.
- when pasta cooked, drain and return to pan with olive oil. add veg, stir and serve..

It's the bowls of pasta…happy vibes are hard to resist when bowls of pasta (with fried halloumi cheese) are involved. Anyway, this pasta is the perfect dish to enter us into spring. It's simple, quick and loaded with things like avocado basil pesto (THE BEST), zucchini, fresh heirloom cherry tomatoes, fried cheese (EVERYTHING) and toasted.
