Great recipe for Lilhpster's VEGAN Cherry Cheesecake.
My mom always made this at our family holiday gatherings.
My sister and I will protest if we don't have it lol!
Ingredients of Lilhpster's VEGAN Mac & Cheese
- You need 1 1/2 cup of pasta (can be macaroni, rotini, or shell pasta).
- You need 1/2 cup of Daiya dairy free cheddar style shredded "cheese".
- Prepare 1/2 cup of Daiya dairy free mozzarella style shredded "cheese".
- Prepare 1/3 cup of unsweetened soy or almond milk.
- You need 2 tbsp of Earth Balance non dairy buttery spread.
- It's 1 dash of sea salt.
Lilhpster's VEGAN Mac & Cheese instructions
- Boil the pasta on high heat until al dente..
- Remove from the stove and drain the excess water. Turn the burner down to low heat. Place back on the stove and add the "butter" and the "milk" and the salt.
- Stir in both types of "cheese"..
- Stir CONTINUOUSLY until all the cheese and butter melt to create a thick cheese sauce. Add more milk or cheese to create your preferred consistency..
