  2. Make a roux with with the flour and spread..
  3. Slowly add the milk to make a béchamel sauce.
  4. Add yeast, mustard, stock, cheese and nutmeg to taste.
  5. Put on a pan of pasta.
  6. Add the cooked veggies to the sauce.
  7. Add the cooked pasta.
  8. Stir and serve.
