Ingredients of Garlic Shrimp Alfredo
- You need 1 lb of raw shrimp peeled and deveined.
- It's 2-3 cloves of garlic finely minced.
- Prepare 2 tbls of butter.
- You need 1/2-1 cup of Parmigiana cheese freshly grated.
- It's 1-1 1/2 cups of heavy cream.
- Prepare to taste of Salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Prepare 1/2 lb of pasta (linguini, shells, spaghetti) cooked al dente.
Garlic Shrimp Alfredo instructions
- Melt butter in sauté pan large enough to hold everything and sauté shrimp until pink and starting to firm up add garlic and sauté a minute or two more.
- Add drained pasta, toss to combine.

- If cream sauce becomes to thin add more cheese if too thick add more cream.
- Adjust seasoning and serve.
