  7. You need 1/3 cup of heavy cream.

  9. It's 12 oz of drained tuna.

  1. saute onion and garlic until tender. add frozen peas..
  2. precook pasta to al dente.
  3. stir together all ingredients (except enough cheese to sprinkle on top)..
  4. sprinkle with remaining cheese. bake 350 for 1 hour..

I love Tuna Casserole, but I do admit to being very picky about it. I have searched far and wide for a recipe that I liked, and by-jove, I think I've got it. I do admit that one of my favorite tuna casseroles is "Stouffers Tuna Casserole". I just love the flavor, but I admit, I have not been able to recreate it. I think one of my favorite things about winter is my love for comfort foods.
