- It's 4 oz of 4 ounces sharp Cheddar, shredded.
- It's 1 lb of 1 pound baby shell pasta, cooked al dente.
- Prepare 1 of Chopped parsley, for garnish.

- In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter..
