  1. cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. in skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, drain.
  3. add water and taco seasoning, simmer uncovered 15 min.
  4. rinse pasta in cold water amd drain, place in a large bowl.
  5. add beef mixture, cheese, green pepper, onion, tomato mix well.
  6. add dressing and toss to coat.
  7. cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
