Ingredients of Tasty BBQ salad 🍀
- It's 250 g of spiral pasta.
- You need 1 litre of water.
- It's 2 of scallion chopped.
- You need 1 of LG tomato deseeded and diced.
- It's 1 of small tin sweet corn.
- It's 1 tsp of parsley.
- Prepare 1/3 cup of your favourite salad dressing (I used hellmanns fat free vinaigrette).
- You need to taste of salt n pepper.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of sweet paprika (optional).
Tasty BBQ salad 🍀 step by step
- Boil water,add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Chop scallion, tomato and drain sweet corn set aside..
- Drain pasta, add veggies, dressing, and seasonings mix well (I add dressing to hot pasta as it soaks it up giving each piece of pasta flavour).
- Now pour out in a serving bowl and dig in 🍴.
