GH TIP Turkey mince is much lower in fat than pork or beef, and combined with roasted peppers it makes for.
These meatballs are a firm favourite here, I make several variations, usually with whatever is in the pantry and fridge.
These vegan meatballs have a great texture, they keep their form without crumbling and are gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, nut-free and vegan.

- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese and season with black pepper and salt..
I also decided to make some 'courgetti' ('zoodles' in America, apparently) to bulk out the noodles without adding extra carbs. In a frying pan, spray frylight and cook the meatballs on a medium heat until they are browned and cooked through. Stir-fry the courgetti for a few minutes in a little Frylight. Place the meatballs on top of the courgetti, drizzle with olive oil (optional) and sprinkle with parsley to serve. These super green spirals are ideal in stir-fries, soups or with meatballs.
