  1. Boil pasta per direction and rinse and drain in cold water. Soak diced apple in bowl of water with a few tbs of lemon juice (bottle lemon juice) so it stays white. remove apples and add to pasta. Add rest of ingredients to pasta, mixed well and serve..

Once tender, drain the pasta and place the empty pot back on the stove. This recipe sounded to me like it should be served warm = so I added some cooked/cubed chicken breast, and added into the sauce.
