Ingredients of Atta Pizza with Mushrooms (no yeast)
- Prepare 200 gms of Ashirvaad atta (or any brand).
- It's 1 cup of curd.
- You need 50 gms of Oyster Mushrooms (washed & sliced).
- It's 1 of onion diced.
- You need 1/2 of green bell pepper diced.
- Prepare 1 of tomato (diced without seeds).
- Prepare To taste of Italian seasoning.
- You need to taste of Marinara sauce.
- Prepare as needed of Spiced processed cheese grated.
- It's as needed of Mozzarella cheese grated.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Oregano.
- Prepare 1 tsp of Chilli flakes.
- You need 1/2 tsp of salt.
Atta Pizza with Mushrooms (no yeast) step by step
- Take a bowl add atta, curd, salt & knead a soft dough, cover it with a muslin cloth. Give it a rest of good 2 hours at a warm place..
- After 2 hours take your dough (should be fermented by now) and knead it gently for 2 min, make a ball out of it..
- Start rolling the ball with a rolling pit(belan) or pat roll it with your hand using dry atta, give it a shape of 9”-12” roti. Fold the corners of the roti (if you want can add some cheese in the folds).
- Add marinara sauce, italian seasoning on the roti & spread it nicely..
- Adding your flavours to it... add mushrooms, capsicum, onion,tomato, cheese and place it on a greased baking tray. keep it aside for 3-4 mins..
- Finally bake it at 180 degrees for around 15-20 mins (depending on oven, can anyways give a check from outside).
- When done take it out, cut the slices. & serve hot with tomato ketchup, oregano & chilli flakes. Enjoy your atta mushroom pizza with a pitcher of lemonade & don’t forget to share this healthy yet flavoursome pizza with your friends..
