Ingredients of White Sauce Pasta (Whole wheat)
- Prepare 1 cup of Whole Wheat Pasta.
- Prepare 2 tsp of Maida/ Refined flour.
- You need of Amul Cheese, grated.
- It's 1 tbsp of Butter or Oil.
- It's 3-4 of Mushrooms, diced.
- You need 8-10 of Broccoli, small florets.
- You need 1/2 cup of Zucchini, chopped.
- You need 1/2 cup of Milk.
- It's 3-4 of Chopped Garlic.
- It's 1 of Onion, roughly chopped.
- It's of Italian Seasonings.
- You need of Water.
- It's of Black Pepper Powder.
- It's of Salt as per taste.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Chilli flakes.

- Heat butter in pan and let it melt. Add lots of chopped garlic, onion. Sauté them until they turn golden..
- Add Broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, Salt, Black pepper powder. Sauté and let them cook..
- Let the veggies cook. Cover them with a lid..
- Meanwhile you can boil the pasta..
- Once the veggies are done. Add 2 spoons of maida. Mix well. Add one glass of milk..
- Give it a stir and let it boil..
- Add lots of Italian seasonings and grated Amul cheese too. Add salt if required. Mix well..
- Now add pasta, salt, chilli flakes. Add more cheese and let it cook..
- Your Pasta is ready. Serve hot and Sprinkle some oregano..
